Ser Manfryd Yew is a landed knight and the head of House Yew.[1]
Recent Events
A Feast for Crows
Manfryd is part of Ser Daven Lannister's force at the siege of Riverrun. Manfryd and Ser Raynard Ruttiger are given the command of the boom across the Red Fork that prevent any escape from the castle. They are also supplied with nets to fish from the river.[2] Despite their efforts, Ser Brynden Tully manages to escape Riverrun by swimming downriver during a moonless night.[3]
