"The Winds of Winter" is the tenth and final episode of the sixth season of HBO's fantasy television series Game of Thrones, and the 60th overall. The episode was written by David Benioff & D. B. Weiss and directed by Miguel Sapochnik.[1] It aired on June 12, 2016, and had 8.89 million viewers.[2]
