Allar was a maester of the Citadel.
History
Allar was appointed Grand Maester in 97 AC during the late reign of King Jaehaerys I Targaryen, after the death of Grand Maester Elysar. He served until 101 AC when he died of a stroke. His successor as Grandmaseter was Runciter.[1]
