Bayard is named by Taena of Myr as being among the group of young knights who give their attentions to Queen Margaery Tyrell.[1] Queen Cersei Lannister had an arrest warrant signed for Bayard as part of her plans to remove Margaery. Bayard is subsequently arrested and sent to the dungeons.[2]

A Dance with Dragons

Ser Bayard remains imprisoned with the rest of Margaery's falsely accused lovers in a dungeon under the charge of Qyburn.[3]
