Brella is a servant in King's Landing.

History
She was originally in service to Renly Baratheon, running his household while he stayed in King's Landing. After Renly fled King's Landing she was unemployed.[1]
Recent Events

On the suggestion of Varys, Tyrion Lannister hired her as one of his servants.[2]
A Feast for Crows
Brienne of Tarth spoke to her as part of her investigation into the disappearance of Sansa Stark. Brella explained that she had no knowledge of Sansa's disappearance and that now that she had served two traitors to the crown in King's Landing, she could no longer find work with nobles.[3]
