Carcosa is a legendary city in far eastern Essos. It is located on the southeastern shore of the Hidden Sea within the Mountains of the Morn; the City of the Winged Men is situated on the northwestern shore.[1] The strange city is ruled by a sorceror lord claiming to be the 69th yellow emperor of Yi Ti.[2]
