Cley Cerwyn is the heir of Lord Medger Cerwyn. He is fourteen years old.[1] He has always been friendly with the Starks.

When the ironmen attacked Torrhen's Square, Cley brought three hundred men as part of the relief force. Cley Cerwyn joined Ser Rodrik Cassel and marched to the relief of Winterfell. There the northern force was surprised by a Bolton force and scattered, Cley taking an arrow through the eye and dying.
