Recent Events
A Game of Thrones
Ser Emmon attended the Tourney of the Hand in King's Landing with five of his brothers.[3] Although his house initially allied with House Tully and House Stark, Ser Emmon took the side of the Lannisters.[4]
A Storm of Swords
As part of the deal between Tywin Lannister and Lord Walder Frey, Emmon was to receive Riverrun.[5]
A Feast for Crows
Emmon was given the Tully lands and titled Lord of Riverrun when the crown declared the Tullys forfeit to all land and titles. For a time he believed that this made him the new Lord Paramount of the Trident until Jaime Lannister pointed out his mistake (in fact, the new overlord of the Trident was Petyr Baelish).[2] Emmon was among the Freys at the Siege of Riverrun, and was furious when Brynden Tully escaped through the River Gate. He now holds Riverrun with some 300 men.
