Ser Emmon Frey is the second son of Lord Walder Frey and Perra Royce. He is married to Genna Lannister.[2]

Character and Appearance
Emmon is a small, thin, bald, nervous man, age sixty as of the Second Siege of Riverrun.[2]
History
Emmon went to Casterly Rock at the age of fourteen to marry Genna Lannister, who was half his age.[2]
Recent Events
A Game of Thrones
Ser Emmon attends the Tourney of the Hand in King's Landing with five of his brothers.[3] Although his house allies with House Tully and House Stark, Ser Emmon takes the side of the Lannisters.[4]
A Storm of Swords
As part of the deal between Tywin Lannister and Lord Walder Frey, Emmon is to receive Riverrun.[5]
A Feast for Crows
Emmon is given the Tully lands and titled Lord of Riverrun when the crown declares the Tullys forfeit to all land and titles. For a time he believes this makes him the new Lord Paramount of the Trident until Jaime Lannister points out the overlord of the Trident is now Petyr Baelish.[2] Emmon is among the Freys at the Siege of Riverrun, and is furious when Brynden Tully escapes through the River Gate. Emmon, Lord of House Frey of Riverrun, holds Riverrun with some 300 men.
