The Goodwife was among the many artists brought to the Red Keep by Queen Alysanne Targaryen after her husband, King Jaehaerys I Targaryen, began to rule in his own right. When Alysanne relocated to Dragonstone following the death of Prince Aegon, the queen was accompanied by her lady attendants and the entertaining Goodwife.[2]
