Recent Events

A Clash of Kings

The Morrigens are among the storm lords that choose to fight for Renly Baratheon during the War of the Five Kings. Ser Guyard Morrigen, known as Guyard the Green, is a member of King Renly's Rainbow Guard. The Morrigens turn to King Stannis Baratheon after Renly's death.

The van of Stannis's army is placed under the command of Guyard, who then leads the foot during the attack on King's Landing. However, Guyard is slain at the Battle of the Blackwater by Ser Garlan Tyrell, who is disguised as Renly.
