House Wode is a noble house from the Riverlands. The house is sworn to House Whent. Their lands lie close to the border with the Crownlands.[1] According to semi-canon sources they blazon their arms with three white hedgehogs on yellow.[2] Their motto is "Touch Me Not".[3]

Ser Willis Wode aids Catelyn Tully and Ser Rodrik Cassel at the inn at the crossroads when she captures Tyrion Lannister.[4] Willis is gravely injured during the ride through the Mountains of the Moon, but survives long enough to make it to the Bloody Gate.[5]
A Feast for Crows
On the journey to lift the Siege of Riverrun, Ser Jaime Lannister and his host come across the the lands once held by the brothers Wode, two landed knights sworn to Harrenhal.
