House Wylde of Rain House is a noble house from the Stormlands. It is one of the principal houses sworn to House Baratheon.[1] According to semi-canon sources they blazon their arms with a blue-green maelstrom on gold.[2]

Historical Members

  • Jasper Wylde, known as "Ironrod", was the Master of Laws during the reign of Viserys I.
  • Ser Willem Wylde was a knight of the Kingsguard appointed during the reign of Daeron II.
  • Ser Criston Wylde is the name given in the roll of arms from the graphic novel adaptation of The Hedge Knight for the member of House Wylde who participated in the Ashford Tourney.
