He is a stick-thin man.[2] He has twin daughters, Bandy and Shyra.[3]

Recent Events

A Game of Thrones

After Tyrion Lannister's visit, Joseth trains Dancer to Tyrion's specification so that Bran Stark can have the ability to ride.[2]

A Clash of Kings

Bran sends Joseth a huge lobster during the harvest feast for seeing to Dancer's training.[4] When Bran and Rickon Stark disappear, Joseth is forced to join Theon Greyjoy's search party.[5]

His fate following the sack and burning of Winterfell by Ramsay Snow is unknown. However, as Ramsay takes the women and children of Winterfell back to the Dreadfort,[6] it is likely Joseth died during the sack.
