Ser Lorent Marbrand was a knight from House Marbrand and a member of the Kingsguard during the reign of King Viserys I Targaryen.[1]
History
He chose to side with Rhaenyra Targaryen and the blacks during the civil war known as the Dance of the Dragons.[1]
After the death of Ser Steffon Darklyn, Queen Rhaenyra named Lorent Lord Commander of the Queensguard.[1]
Lorent died during the Riot of King's Landing. His body was retrieved by his sworn brother Ser Glendon Goode, who succeeded him as Lord Commander of the Queensguard.[1]
