Lucas Harroway was a Lord of Harrenhal and head of House Harroway. He was named Hand of the King by King Maegor I Targaryen. His daughter Alys Harroway married Maegor in 42 AC. After Alys gave birth to a monstrously-deformed baby in 44 AC,[1] Tyanna of the Tower convinced Maegor that Alys had asked her father to find lovers for her. Maegor the Cruel had Alys, his daughter's bedmaids, Grand Maester Desmond—who had assisted with the birth—and and every other member of House Harroway executed.[2][3]
