Lord Lyonel Tyrell was an infant during the Dance of the Dragons, thus his mother ruled the Reach as his regent and they remained neutral during the war.[1][2]
Ulf the White said Lord Lyonel Tyrell should be attainted a traitor, since he had not taken part in the Dance of the Dragons. Ulf's reasoning for this, was that he desired Highgarden, Lord Lyonel's seat, for his own.[3]
