Marqelo Tagaros was one of the ruling triarchs of the Free City of Volantis during the reign of Tommen II Lannister, King of the Rock.

History

According to a chronicle titled The Glory of Volantis, Tagaros dispatched a squadron toward Valyria to find any sign of the golden fleet of Tommen II a year after he sailed away to the Valyrian peninsula, but the squadron returned empty handed.[1]
