A Dance with Dragons

The Red Lamb is a Lhazarene, whom the Dothraki mock as "Lamb Men". He spends most of A Dance with Dragons in training in the Great Pyramid to become a knight, as a squire to Ser Barristan Selmy. Barristan considers the Red Lamb to be one of his best squires after Larraq and Tumco Lho. Barristan thinks the boy is all ferocity with no technique but believes with some more training the boy's skill will improve.[2]

When Ser Barristan goes down to the dungeons to tell Gerris Drinkwater and Archibald Yronwood of Quentyn Martell's demise, he takes two newly-made knights with him, the Red Lamb and Ser Tumco.[3]

Quotes

I am not afraid. Should I die, I will go before the Great Shepherd of Lhazar, break his crook across my knee, and say to him, "Why did you make your people lambs, when the world is full of wolves?" Then I will spit into his eye.[4]
