Rhaenys Targaryen was the daughter of Prince Rhaegar Targaryen and Elia Martell. She had brown hair and looked like a Martell. [1]

She had a small black kitten that she named Balerion, after the great black dragon of Aegon I.[2]
During the Sack of King's Landing, The terrified girl was hiding under her fathers bed dressed in a nightshirt. Rhaenys was dragged out and stabbed by "half a hundred thrusts" by Ser Amory Lorch.[3] Tywin Lannister commanded the deaths of Rhaenys and her brother Aegon to prove his loyalty to Robert Baratheon.[4]
