Lord Rolph Spicer is the new made lord of Castamere. He is the brother of Sybell Spicer. He was the former castellan of the Crag for House Westerling.[1] He and his sister plotted with Lord Tywin Lannister the demise of King Robb Stark. He was made Lord of Castamere for his part.
Appearance
He is a square man, with a broken nose and a grey, close-shaven beard.[2]

Ser Rolph came to Riverrun as part of King Robb Stark's retinue after he married Lady Jeyne Westerling. Grey Wind did not like him. When Robb set off to the Twins for Lord Edmure Tully's marriage, he sent Rolph to deliver Martyn Lannister to the Golden Tooth in exchange for Robett Glover.[3]
For the part he played in the plan that led to the Red Wedding, Rolph was raised to the rank of lord and given the lands and incomes of Castamere.[4]
