Sara Snow was the bastard daughter of Lord Rickon Stark purported by Mushroom to have married Prince Jacaerys Velaryon.[1]
History
By Mushroom's account, Prince Jacaerys Velaryon fell smitten with Sara Snow when he arrived at Winterfell to secure the support of Lord Cregan Stark for the Blacks. He lay with her for a night, and upon learning this, her half-brother became wroth, softening only when Sara informed him that the prince had taken her for his wife, speaking their vows in the godswood of Winterfell, where she gave herself to him wrapped in furs amidst the snows in the sight of the Old Gods.
Gyldayn dismisses the tale as the fevered imaginings of a fool, questioning why Prince Jacaerys would break his betrothal to Baela Targaryen for a northern bastard. He questions whether Sara Snow ever existed, though concedes that bedding her would be possible for Jacaerys, but marriage would be preposterous.[1]
