It was mentioned in Tyrions IV chapter (A Dance with Dragons part 1:Dream & Dust (paperback)  page 216, near top of page). Tyrion while pondering books about dragons thinks the book Fire & Blood is sometimes called Death of Dragons. Both are different titles of the same book & are locked in the citadel. Hope that is helpful
