A Feast for Crows

Torwold allies himself with Euron Greyjoy when the Crow's Eye declares himself King of the Isles and the North.[2] He supports Euron at the kingsmoot on Old Wyk.[1]

As part of the plan to draw the lords of the Shield Islands away from their isles, Torwold and the Red Oarsman are sent up the Mander with a dozen of the fastest longships as bait by King Euron. When the islanders give up their pursuit and return to the Four Shields, they find the Iron Fleet waiting for them. After the taking of the Shields, Torwold is sent by Euron to gather more supplies for the planned voyage to Slaver's Bay.[3]
