At Tumbler's Falls, Lord Tywin Lannister joins Lord Mace Tyrell, who has brought barges and a large host with him. From there they sail down the Blackwater Rush and land a half day's ride outside of King's Landing. They take Stannis Baratheon's army in the rear during the Battle of the Blackwater.[2]

Not finding Ser Jaime Lannister in Tumbler's Falls after his escape from Riverrun, a group of northmen proceed to rape and murder, killing eight people.
