Jeyne Rowan was the Lady of Horn Hill during the reign of King Viserys I Targaryen.[1]

Lady Jeyne was married to Lord Donald Tarly. They had at least two daughters, Samantha[1] and Sansara.[3]
As Samantha and Sansara lived during the Dance of the Dragons and shortly after, Lady Jeyne may have been the mother of Alan Tarly, who was head of House Tarly during the Dance.[4] It is unknown if she was still alive during the Dance.
