Lady Perra Royce was a noblewoman from House Royce, though it is not mentioned which branch of the family she came from. She married Lord Walder Frey of the Twins and was the first of his eight wives. She is long deceased.[2]

Perra and Walder had four children together – Ser Stevron, Ser Emmon, Ser Aenys, and Perriane Frey – all of them had descendants. Perra had fourteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren, one of which is probably named Perra in her honor.
