Manual of style

Hi, appolgize for not getting back at you sooner. Lately I have not been able to spend time on the wiki. Yes, the use of present tense is intentional. We use past tense for the event that happen before the first book begins. And present tense for the events that are described in the books. The idea is that the events in the books are "currently hapening". It is also in line with our policy to describe the events per book. The policy is included in our Manual of style article.
