Ser Andrey Dalt, sometimes called Drey, is the brother and heir of Ser Deziel Dalt, the Knight of Lemonwood.

Andrey has an open face and an easy smile.[2]
History
Andrey has been a close friend of Princess Arianne Martell, daughter of Doran, Prince of Dorne, since childhood.[2][3] Both he and his brother Deziel had desired to marry her.[3] Andrey experimented sexually with Arianne and Tyene Sand in their youth, though he got too excited too early.[3]
Recent Events
A Feast for Crows
Andrey is part of Princess Arianne Martell's conspiracy aiming to crown Princess Myrcella Baratheon as Queen of the Seven Kingdoms.[2] After the conspiracy is exposed, Andrey is arrested by Areo Hotah and his men and sent to Ghaston Grey. As punishment for committing treason, Andrey is sent to the Free City of Norvos for three years, to join the service of Lady Mellario, the estranged wife of Doran Martell, Prince of Dorne.[3]
