Andrik is considered the fiercest ironborn warrior.[2]
A Feast for Crows
He accompanies Lord Dunstan Drumm to the Kingsmoot and is named the Drumm champion during the choosing.[1] Later, after Euron Greyjoy is elected as King and the Shield Islands are taken, Andrik is made Lord of Southshield. Victarion Greyjoy sees this as part of Euron's plan to buy or remove the supporters of his rivals.[3]
