Lord Baelor stopped at the Ten Towers to consult with Lord Rodrik Harlaw before making his way to Old Wyk for the kingsmoot.[1] At the kingsmoot, he asked Victarion Greyjoy if he would end the war, who refused him. Baelor then moved on.[2]
