History
The Battle of Stonebridge was one of Maegor's many battles with the Faith Militant during the Faith Militant uprising. Poor Fellows fell and died in droves during the conflict. The sheer brutality of the carnage made the Mander river run red with blood for twenty leagues. The bridge and castle that commanded it was forever known as Bitterbridge thereafter.
