A Clash of Kings
Black Lorren was among the ironborn who raid the Stony Shore.[3] Lorren was a part of Theon Greyjoy's force that captured Winterfell.[4] When Theon left the castle to search for Bran and Rickon Stark, he left Lorren as his castellan.[5] Lorren remained with Theon after the Northmen arrive to retake the castle. He was killed during the Sack of Winterfell, but only after killing four of the Bolton men.[6]
