The City of the Winged Men is a possibly legendary city in far eastern Essos. It is located on the northwestern shore of the Hidden Sea within the Mountains of the Morn; Carcosa is situated on the southeastern shore.[1] The city's inhabitants are said to have wings and to be able to fly.[2]

Behind the Scenes

The City of the Winged Men has not yet been mentioned in the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, only appearing in The Lands of Ice and Fire and A World of Ice and Fire.
