Confessors are royal officials tasked with interrogation and torture in the Seven Kingdoms. They are overseen by the Lord Confessor.[1]
Known confessors
- Larys Strong, who became one of the king's confessors during the rule of Viserys I Targaryen and eventually rose to master of whisperers and Lord Confessor.[1]
