Daeron Velaryon was a member of House Velaryon, a cousin to Lord Alyn Velaryon. He was the father of Daenaera, who would become the queen of King Aegon III Targaryen,[2] and the mother of Aegon's five children.[3] It is unknown if he was among the siblings of Ser Vaemond Velaryon that had their tongues removed after Vaemond declared that the children of Laenor Velaryon and Rhaenyra Targaryen were bastards.[4]
Daeron died fighting for his cousin, Lord Alyn Velaryon, in the Stepstones.[2]
