Ser Glendon Hewett is a knight of House Hewett and a member of the Night's Watch. He is tall.[1]

Recent Events

A Storm of Swords

Ser Glendon is among the men who ally themselves with Lord Janos Slynt when he arrives at Castle Black.

A Dance with Dragons

In the absence of Cotter Pyke, Glendon is named temporary commander of Eastwatch-by-the-Sea. Lord Commander Jon Snow is informed of the appointment in a message from Cotter and Harmune. Jon is troubled by the news. Glendon was a seasoned man, a strong man, and a seemingly sensible choice, but he was also a friend of Alliser Thorne and a former crony of Janos Slynt. Jon can still remember Glendon dragging him from bed and kicking him in the ribs. He thinks that Ser Glendon is not the man he would have chosen.[2]
