The ice-river clans are clans of free folk who live near the great ice rivers beyond the Wall, north of the Frozen Shore and south of the Lands of Always Winter. They are said to feast on human flesh.[1]
History
Before Mance Rayder negotiated a peace, the ice-river clans warred with the men of the Frozen Shore.[1]
