A Feast for Crows

Septon Luceon had thirty of the Most Devout to supper in an effort to sway their votes for him in the election of a new High Septon, according to Qyburn.[2] He became the leading candidate after the sparrows followed Septon Ollidor to a brothel and dragged him out into the street naked.[3] He was almost chosen as the new High Septon till the sparrows burst into the proceedings with axes in there hands and there leader on there shoulders forcing the Most Devout to elect the sparrows leader instead who became known as the High Sparrow
