Lord Lyman Beesbury was the master of coin and a member of the small council during the reigns of Jaehaerys I Targaryen and his grandson, Viserys I Targaryen.[1] It is unknown if he was also the Lord of Honeyholt and head of House Beesbury.

History

Lyman was a man of eighty when King Viserys passed away prior to the Dance of the Dragons. According to Gyldayn, Lyman's throat was slashed in the small council chamber by Ser Criston Cole, the Kingmaker, for refusing to support Aegon II Targaryen's claim to the Iron Throne. Alternatively, Lord Beesbury may have died from a chill in the black cells, while Mushroom claimed he was thrown from a window.[3] Lyman was succeeded as master of coin by Ser Tyland Lannister.[1]
