Recent Events
A Storm of Swords
Mawney was part of the great ranging north of the Wall. An Other came upon Grenn, Samwell Tarly and Small Paul riding Mawney's dead horse. [1]
A Feast for Crows
Mawney remained at Craster's Keep after the betrayal, along with a few other former members of the Night's Watch.[2]
A Dance With Dragon
Mawney along the other former members of the Night's Watch responsible for the Mutiny at Craster's Keep wandered in the Haunted Forest, planning to head south over the wall, however they encountered Coldhands who killed and buried their bodies, which were found by Summer, Bran's direwolf.
