The Oakenseat was the ancestral throne of the Kings of the Reach from House Gardener.[1]
History
According to legend, the Oakenseat was a living throne carved unto an oak planted by Garth Greenhand himself.[1] King Garth VII Gardener, the Goldenhand, died upon the Oakenseat at the age of ninety-three.[1]
The Oakenseat was chopped into pieces and burned by the forces of a Dornish king who sacked Highgarden late into the reign of the then-senile King Garth X Gardener.[2]
