The Oakenseat was the ancestral throne of the Gardener kings. According to legend it was a living throne, carved unto an oak planted by Garth Greenhand himself.[1]The Oakenseat was destroyed by the forces of a Dornish king that sacked Highgarden late into the reign of the then-senile King Garth X Gardener.[2]
