Ser Raylon Rivers was a knight from House Bracken and the bastard half-brother of Ser Amos Bracken. He may have been a son of Lord Humfrey Bracken of Stone Hedge.
History
House Bracken declared for the greens during the Dance of the Dragons. Ser Amos Bracken was slain during the Battle of the Burning Mill, after which his half-brother Raylon led survivors back toward Stone Hedge. Prince Daemon Targaryen had taken Stone Hedge and Lord Humfrey Bracken in the meantime, however, so Raylon surrendered to spare his kin from harm.[1]
