After King Balon's death Euron Greyjoy, returned to proclaim himself King. Lord Sawane refused to do him fealty, stating that the Seastone Chair belonged to Theon Greyjoy by rights. Euron had Lord Sawane drowned.[1][2][3]
Sawane's sons were dispossed of the lordship. Half of the lands were given to House Wynch, the remnants was left to Sawane's brother Germund Botley, the new Lord of Lordsport.[4]
