Lord Sawane Botley is the Lord of Lordsport. He was drowned at Pyke. He was the captain of the Swiftfin.[1]

History

During the Greyjoy Rebellion, his castle at Lordsport was burned to the ground by Robert Baratheon. After the rebellion he rebuilt it in stone.[2]

Recent Events

A Feast for Crows

After King Balon's death Euron Greyjoy, returned to proclaim himself King. Lord Sawane refused to do him fealty, stating that the Seastone Chair belonged to Theon Greyjoy by rights. Euron had Lord Sawane drowned.[3][4][5]

Sawane's sons were dispossessed of the lordship. Half of the lands were given to House Wynch, the remnants was left to Sawane's brother Germund Botley, the new Lord of Lordsport.[6]
