The Sealord of Braavos is the ruler of the Free City of Braavos. His champion and protector is First Sword of Braavos and he resides at the Sealord's Palace. Statues commemorating past Sealords and their achievements, line up the canals of Braavos.[1]

At the time of A Feast for Crows the Sealord in power owned a pleasure barge and a menagerie of animals from all over the world.[2] The pleasure barge is covered with laughing faces.[3]

At the time of A Dance with Dragons the Sealord is sick and there is a rumour that Tormo Fregar will be chosen as the new Sealord. [4]
