Sentinel Stand is an abandoned castle along the Wall belonging to the Night's Watch. It lies west of the Shadow Tower and east of Greyguard.[1]

Jon Snow, Lord Commander of the Night's Watch, has Sentinel Stand re-garrisoned with a small company of men from the Night's Watch.[2]
